Daniel D. Comstock, DMA




In short, Dan is a teacher and conductor,
who came to Missoula in 1995 for a year of study, fell
in love with the Northwest, and decided to stay.

Dan serves in the following capacities:

Co-Founder/Director
The Center for Attitudinal Healing and the Arts

Instructor
Comstock Vocal Studio

Founder/Artistic Director
MONTANA CAPPELLA of Voices and Instruments

Before coming to Montana Dan served as Assistant
Professor of Music at Western New Mexico University.
He is a native of Southern California, where his experience
as a performer and teacher began.

Dan received his Doctor of Musical Arts degree in conducting
from the Claremont Graduate University in Southern California
and his Master and Bachelor of Arts degrees in music from
California State University, Los Angeles.
