How does Attitudinal Healing relate to the Arts?

Involvement in the arts, particularly its creation and
performance, provides direct opportunities for learning
and applying the Principles of Attitudinal Healing.

The artistic process encourages the exploration and
understanding of oneself, the releasing of fear and
judgement, and the development of skills for
artistic and personal expression.

It also provides opportunities
for connecting with people
on a heart to heart level.
